A Turkish postage stamp from the 1987 ‘Traffic Types’ series, identified as Scott Catalog #2466. This 100 Lira denomination stamp features a modern illustrative design in purple, white, and red, depicting an abstract figure wearing a seatbelt and holding a steering wheel. Inscriptions include ‘Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’ (Republic of Turkey) at the top, ‘GÜVENLİ SERİ’ (Safe Series) vertically along the right edge, and ‘Kemer Sizi korur.’ (Seat belt protects you.) at the bottom. A circular postmark is visible on the bottom left, partially obscuring text but clearly showing ‘ANKARA’ and ’16’. Made of paper.
