This is a Great Britain 1979 8p Christmas ‘Three Kings’ unused postage stamp, identified as Scott 879 (SG#1104). The stamp features an illustrative design depicting three figures in elaborate attire, two on horseback and one in a carriage, possibly representing the Magi, with a bright star-like element above. It is predominantly light purple with a gold and deep purple ornate border. Visible markings include “8P” in the upper left corner and a gold profile silhouette of Queen Elizabeth II in the upper right. Along the left edge, vertically oriented text reads “CHRISTMAS”.
