A used Swiss postage stamp from the 1971 Nationale Briefmarkenausstellung (NABA) in Basel, featuring the ‘Rayon II’ design with a dragon motif. Identified as Mi:CH 943 and SG 807. The stamp is predominantly red with a central yellow rectangular field. The top displays “HELVETIA” and a denomination of “30” Rappen. The yellow field frames a red shield with a white cross (Swiss emblem), flanked by “Rp.” and “RAYON II”. The lower portion features a stylized green and teal dragon with a geometric yellow-green wing. Along the left edge, rotated text reads “NATIONALE BREIFMARKENAUSSTELLUNG”, “NABA”, “BASELL”, and “1971”, with partial credits to “ADOLF FLUCKLIGER” and “COURVOISIER S.A.”.
