A beautiful vintage Crown Ducal plate in the “Springtime” pattern, produced by A.G. Richardson & Co., Ltd., Tunstall, England between 1915 and 1925. The plate features a wide, embossed rim with a high-relief design of fruits and flowers, accented with a delicate gold trim, and a hand-painted floral bouquet in the center.
This ornate earthenware piece, pattern number A2914, is a classic example of Crown Ducal’s early 20th-century decorative style. The scalloped rim, embossed detailing, and hand-painted central motif make it a striking collectible. Although this pattern has been discontinued, similar plates are still sought after by collectors and are occasionally available through online marketplaces.
